Suman Tripathy

She grew up in Odisha, India in an environment of art, film and music surrounded by her mother’s school of traditional art and Indian classical music. Dancing, singing, and movie re-enactments were an everyday part of life. Her father worked in both education administration and produced various tv series.
Suman was involved in painting, Odissi dance and even hosted a tv show at the age of 14. Since she was a young child she organized talent contests with tickets to fund the events with many parents and their children participating.
She went on to study filmmaking in Chennai, India and continued her studies at Concordia College - New York. Today she is an active film editor as well as an artist, exhibiting her work. She has since also founded Artistica International, Inc. a non-profit organization that promotes artists and filmmakers through live events and film festivals.
Chris Steingraber

He grew up inventing, taking things apart and fixing them. Having moved with his family to spend part of high school in Uruguay expanded his perspective and experiences. Hoping to one day teach he pursued and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Montclair State University to become a math teacher. His goals led him to continue his education in Mechanical Engineering at NJIT knowing that he had hopes of owning his own business.
After taking an opportunity to learn business entrepreneurship through starting a personal financial education company with his brother Jon Steingraber he continued to learn about business development. He also became an active partner with his brother in the real estate investors member group the New Jersey Real Estate Social Network (NJRESN). Always wearing many hats and with passion in the technical and creative he went on to start his own media production company with previous co-worker Joseph Kessler. For six years this business has been a lean and successful company from the beginning to this day now grossing over $300k per year.
His skills in business development, cinematography & filmmaking, hands-on abilities, and resources within the real estate industry such as investors are attributes that he brings to the table as well as being an educator in the film school to be operated right after school at the cinema.
